Absolutely Shocking Service. Took my money, took over 2 months to install an Electric Sliding Gate. Always had an excuse as to why the job was delayed. The Gate is only screwed together and the frame is not welded, the gate is 5m long and you cannot open or close it without standing there to guide it into the closer. When it’s windy the gate blows in/out depending on the direction , and also prevents the gate from closing. The gate kept on opening the first week it was installed and fell on top of me and I had to call for assistance to push it back. In short – He installed an ill fitting , poorly constructed sliding gate which is extremely Dangerous.
I have tried to contact Stephen on numerous occasions to rectify the problems, even called into his shop at Caloundra only to find it shut last week and he doesn’t return text or email. So obviously he has “Done a Runner” The shop was only open for about 3 months.
Caution to others’ He comes across as a likeable character. But that’s deceiving, trust me!. A Complaint has been lodged with the QBCC. But I know nothing will happen. If you have had similar problems, I urge you to call QBCC and report this rogue and put a review up here. Stop this from happening to anyone else.
